Join integrative health coach Daphne Javitch of Doing Well and acclaimed yoga instructor Kyle Miller for a weekend of Doing Well at a private ranch estate in the stunning hills of Santa Barbara. Kyle will lead daily yoga practices and Daphne will offer two thorough group health coaching sessions. Together we will enjoy farm fresh meals prepared by our private chef Lauren Gerrie on site and gather for nightly fireside conversations and Q&As. There will be plenty of time for rest, relaxation, hikes, hot tub/cold plunge, Bocce ball and bonding while we immerse ourselves in the breathtaking natural surroundings of this incredible spot. 

Retreat includes:

  • Daily morning yoga practice with Kyle Miller including pranayama, asana, meditation + intention setting

  • Evening meditation and Breathwork session with Kyle

  • Two 75 mins Group Health Coaching Sessions: Daphne will guide you through a results oriented and real-life friendly nutrition and lifestyle plan to help you achieve your natural weight, maintain healthy energy levels, and optimize your healing potential. She will cover tools and mindset practices that support cellular health and help sustain routines.

  • Nightly fireside conversations and Q&As: An opportunity to build community and elaborate on the day's sessions in a cozy living room by a wood burning fireplace.

  • All meals. Our private chef Lauren Gerrie will prepare fresh, local, seasonal meals on site.

    • Friday: welcome dinner

    • Saturday + Sunday: light pre-practice breakfast, early lunch, snack, dinner

    • Monday light pre-practice breakfast

We are staying at renovated 1950’s ranch house steeped in privacy and nature. Most of the rooms are shared occupancy. There are several King beds we are selling as double occupancy, perfect for friends who don’t mind sharing a bed! There are lots of nooks, inside and out, for you to explore and relax into.

Room 1: Triple Occupancy- 1 king bed, 1 twin, en suite bathroom, 1800/per person

Room 2: Quad Occupancy- 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, en suite bathroom, 1700/per person

Room 3: Single Occupancy- 1 twin bed, bathroom across the hall, 1800

Room 4: Double Occupancy- King bed, shared bathroom, 1700/person

Room 5: Triple Occupancy- 3 bunk beds, shared bathroom, 1450/person

Room 6: Single Occupancy, Pool House- twin bed, shared bathroom, 1600

Room 7: Triple Occupancy, Pool House- 1 king bed, 1 twin, shared bathroom, 1650/per person

 CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 90 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 90 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early.
