Kyle and Kate are thrilled to be heading into the heart of Marrakesh, Morocco. This will be Kate's second time to the area and she and Kyle are excited to share with you the magic of the city and all it has to offer!

We have rented out an ENTIRE Riad, so the whole space is reserved just for us... for 6 whole nights! Rooftop yoga and meditation classes will be offered every morning and every evening. There is nothing like being outside in the desert and hearing the call to prayer as you're moving in practice with the view of the Atlas Mountains in the background. The Riad even has a pool! We will allow for tons of free time so everyone will have a chance to explore on their own. The Riad is walking distance to The Medina and the main local souk.

The Riad staff can facilitate a hammam visit, camel rides, guided souk visits, cooking classes, hot air balloon tours and more...just let us know what you're into!

Extras: Any extras like alcohol, shopping, taxi's, museum entrance fees etc

3 Dinners: 3 dinners on your own because there are incredible restaurants in Marrakesh and we want you to feel free to go off on your own and have some experiences outside of the Riad

Lunch: Lunch will also be on your own because people will be out exploring, hitting up museums, etc.

Props: You will be responsible for bringing your own yoga mat and any props you may want to use

CULTURAL CONSIDERATIONS

There is so much to take in while in Morocco from a cultural perspective. Please keep in mind this is a predominantly Muslim culture and if you want to visit any Mosques or even some museums, shoulders will need to be covered. It is also a good idea to bring some clothing items that cover your knees as well for visiting certain areas.

Please note there are NO REFUNDS on deposits. By signing up for the retreat and booking a room, you agree to those terms. If any cancellations need to be made and the balance has been paid in full, the amount refunded will be commensurate to the notice given. This is why we suggest travel insurance.
