I am so excited to partner with my dear friend Tony Lupinacci for our 2nd retreat to Greece! Tony is a great person and an incredible, spiritual practitioner. We’re going deep into meditation on this one!

Join us for 6 nights, 7 days in paradise. Koufonisia is a tiny island (400 residents) with crystal clear water and idyllic, white washed, sun drenched structures. We’ll trade the hustle and bustle and traffic of our lives (and of the rest of Europe in the Summer) for pristine, slowed down island life.

We’ll be in the Aegean morning, noon and night with stunning beaches right in front of our cluster of Cycladic villas. Everything in walking distance!

RETREAT INCLUDES

2 classes a day with Kyle and Tony including asana, pranayama, meditation and hands on adjustments

Meals. Our private chef will prepare fresh, local brunch and dinner for us every day. Greek wine is included at every dinner!

Accommodation at our gorgeous collection of Villas overlooking the Aegean.

NOT INCLUDED

Lunches will be out, allowing us to explore the local family run tavernas dotted around the island.

TRANSPORTATION. Koufonisia has no airports! You’ll want to fly to either Naxos, Mykonos or Santorini and take a ferry from there. 45 minute ferry for Naxos and 90 minutes from Mykonos or Santorini. 4 hour ferry from Athens, too.

Boat Day! We’ll have an optional group boat day. It was sooooo fun last year!

.  CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 90 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 90 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early.
