KMY Practice suit

I’ve been wanting to remake my teacher Nevine Michaan’s shorts because my friends and I are obsessed with them and have all worn ours to shreds. Once I sourced the heavenly material, I refined the cut and had them produced at the wonderful factory in Downtown, LA I work with. I am so excited to offer these shorts and the matching recycled cotton tee featuring art by Andres Acosta. I stumbled across Andres' work and fell in love. The colorful, geometric pieces speaks to the pattern of the universe and the innate desire for harmony. I thought it was the perfect edition to Nevine’s shorts and to the KMY merch family. <3

Organic Hemp + Cotton Shorts
These shorts are based on my teacher Nevine's iconic floppy short. I've worn my 4 pairs to literal shreds. Still floppy, not quite so flouncy, in the most delicious un-dyed, natural, organic hemp and organic cotton blend. Woven tag at hem with art by Andres Acosta. Elastic waist.

Our new tee is made of 100% recycled cotton. Screen printed at the lovely and ethical factory we work with in LA, with art by Andres Acosta. Unisex/genderless for absolutely everyone.

In Time Katonah Magic Calendar, 2022

I’ve been using the Katonah Yoga calendars for the past 10 years. They are beautiful and filled with so much esoteric wisdom straight from my teacher, Nevine Michaan’s heart. Follow the seasons and the lunar cycles and really start to study how you use time!
