I’m so excited to team up with my BFF Krissy for 5 nights on the beach in Costa Rica!!! Join us for our second year at this perfect beachside hotel on the Guanacaste Peninsula for an epic sun, sand and surf experience surrounded by the jungle.
Nosara is a beautiful, easy going beach town filled with organic juice bars, coffee shop, surf shacks and cute shops. You can rent a four wheeler to zoom around or walk everywhere. We do the evening practice earlier on this retreat so that we can all head to the beach for sunset because it’s truly spectacular. The whole community gathers on the sand to watch nature’s incredible show every evening. Krissy will do a holotropic breath work practice of one of her sessions and you can count on deep, fun practices filled with humor and wisdom in our open air shala stocked with all the props. Nosara is a major surfing destination, perfect for beginners and experienced surfers alike. It”s easy to rent a board or book a lesson, if you want.
Travel Options:
1. Fly in to Liberia (LIR), 2.5 hour drive to Nosara by rental or shuttle. Or a 20 minute flight to the Nosara Airstrip via Sansa or Nature Air.
2. Fly into San José (SJO), 4.5/5 hour drive to Nosara by rental or shuttle. Or a 45 minute flight to Nosara Airstrip via Sansa.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 90 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 90 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early.
