COSTA RICA RETREAT at an eco-chic beachside hotel in Nosara

I’m so excited to team up with my BFF Krissy for 5 nights on the beach in Costa Rica!!! Join us at our beachside hotel on the Guanacaste Peninsula for an epic sun, sand and surf experience surrounded by the jungle. 

This is the perfect retreat for many reasons. We’ll all take a deep dive into our yoga practice with two classes a day, including mediation and breath work in our beautiful practice space. You can slow things down by settling into the beachside pace of nature or you can enjoy some adventure! March will be the perfect time to surf, hike, explore, tan, rest… truly whatever you want to do, we are here to facilitate it!

Travel Options:
1. Fly in to Liberia (LIR), 2.5 hour drive to Nosara by rental or shuttle. Or a 20 minute flight to the Nosara Airstrip via Sansa or Nature Air.
2. Fly into San José (SJO), 4.5/5 hour drive to Nosara by rental or shuttle. Or a 45 minute flight to Nosara Airstrip via Sansa.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 90 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 90 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early.
