I am so excited for my 4th retreat with Tony. We love our annual European summer moment and we are so excited to explore Antiparos! Antiparos is beautiful, quiet, Cycladic Island with breathtaking beaches, crystal clear water and darling family owned tavernas. Our property has sweeping views of Despotiko island, the Ancient Sanctuary of Apollo and the entire Southern Aegean archipelago with no light pollution… we’re told the night sky is otherwordly.

We are bringing chef Flavia. Her food is fresh, seasonal, and local and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since she cooked for us in Koufonisi. Think spaghetti and clams, local cheeses with beautiful produce, prawns with lemon and garlic, fresh crudo, etc, etc, etc. We’ll have an optional boat day and we’ll do one dinner out with an apertivo moment! Our retreats are always chose your own adventure; hang with group and take every class or take some space. We are at your service so that you can have the retreat vacation experience of your dreams.

Retreat includes:

  • 2 classes a day with Kyle and Tony including hand son adjustments, meditation, breath work and mantra: Welcome class on the 2nd and farewell class on the 8th, before checkout.

  • Transformative breath work ceremony with Tony

  • Daily brunch after practice every morning

  • 5 Dinners cooked with love by Flavia

  • 6 nights accommodation at our very special property.

GETTING TO ANTIPAROS

1. 40min flight ATH to Paros (PAS). 10 min drive to the ferry port (Pounta). Ferry from Paros to Antiparos, about. 10mins.


2. 3-5 hour ferry from Athens (Piraeus) to Paros (Pounta or Parikia). Parikia is about. 30 minutes to Antiparos whereas Pounta is less than 10 mins.


3. 4-5 hour ferry from Athens (Rafina) to Paros (Pounta or Parikia), either 30 min or 10 min ferry to Antiparos.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable for any reason. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 90 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 90 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early.
