My yoga is about calming down, being happy and finding balance within your life. It’s about making yourself feel good by tuning into your body, getting the blood pumping and quieting your mind. I like my students to enjoy each session and encourage a lighthearted yet focused approach to the practice. My students are able to transform their bodies while developing a sense of inner-calm and appreciation for their body and mind.
Music is absolutely essential to my yoga. I make playlists for each of my sessions ranging from awesome kirtan (ecstatic chanting) singers like Krishna Das to Neil Young, Air and the Beatles. I find that the music played while practicing can help set the mood of the session, and allow the student to get lost in the practice.

A private session with me is the ultimate in personalized care and attention. All you need is the willingness to give it a try. I bring the mats, essential oils, music and game plan. Private sessions can be at your place or mine, and space is rarely an issue (I’ve been known to move around a coffee table or two, to create a space). Friends are more than welcome to join.
