New Yoga Music: No English

This playlist is inspired by my friend and teacher Laria.  She is an amazing dancer and yoga teacher.  She teaches at Yoga to the People and I highly recommend taking her class if you want to go inside, tune into your body, and sweat it out.  She always encourages us to listen to our bodies and respect what they are saying.  She plays this type of Portuguese and Spanish music in her class and I’ve made this playlist so you can listen to it, too.  I had never heard of or listened to fado before and now I am hooked.  If you haven’t listened to Mariza before, you must!  She is amazing!  And Gustavo Santaolalla is probably the most beautiful guitar playing you will ever here. Enjoy this mix of Spanish, French, Cuban and Portuguese music.  It’s romantic and takes you somewhere far away.
